1. Contract Terms

These are the Contract (“Contract”) terms and conditions (“Terms”) under which Artisan Horns (“Artisan Horns”) sells their instrument (“Instrument”) repair, maintenance, and restoration services (“Services”). These Terms, together with our quotation, create the Contract between Artisan Horns and the customer (“Customer”) for the Instrument Services. No quotation given by Artisan Horns shall constitute an offer to supply the Instrument Services. An order placed by the Customer shall constitute an offer made to Artisan Horns subject to these Terms. The Contract cannot be amended or modified unless agreed to in writing by both parties.

Your access to and use of the Instrument Services provided by Artisan Horns is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, Customers and others who access or use our Instrument Services.

By accessing or using Artisan Horns‘ Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access Artisan Horns‘ Services.

2. Orders

The Customer shall be responsible to Artisan Horns for the accuracy of all orders and the Customer information provided. All of the Customer’s orders are subject to Artisan Horns’ acceptance.

3. Price

The price for Artisan Horns‘ Instrument Services will be that as shown either on this website and / or in Artisan Horns‘ quotation to the Customer at the time the Customer places an order for the Instrument Services. The price is inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and all other similar sales taxes, fees or charges, as applicable.

4. Payment

Artisan Horns‘ payment terms are net thirty (30) days from date of invoice. No offsets, settlement discounts or other deductions of any kind may be made against amounts due. In the event of default in payment by a due date, Artisan Horns reserves the right, without prejudice to other rights, to (a) charge interest as of the time of default and/or (b) suspend further deliveries or Services. Artisan Horns reserves the right to withhold all progress of Instrument Services until payment of all outstanding amounts owed are paid. All amounts due are payable in the invoiced currency, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All costs, including, without limitation, legal expenses, incurred by Artisan Horns in recovering overdue debts will be payable by the Customer.

5. Scheduling

Artisan Horns will work with the Customer to schedule their Instrument Services at a mutually convenient time.

6. Safe working environment

Artisan Horns does not provide Instrument Services at their Customers’ premises. Work is completed for the Customer at Artisan Horns‘ own workplace where the Instrument is to be safely relocated whilst work is in progress. Artisan Horns does not provide Instrument Services elsewhere, unless otherwise agreed to in writing in advance.

7. Spare parts

Artisan Horns shall determine in its best judgment whether to repair or replace any parts of the Instrument in performing the Instrument Services. New, used, or reconditioned parts may be used. All replaced parts will become the property of Artisan Horns. Any replacement or repair of an Instrument or part does not extend any original warranty period for the Instrument or part.

8. Confidentiality

The Customer agrees to keep confidential any non-public technical information, commercial information (including, without limitation, prices) and instructions received from Artisan Horns as a result of discussions, negotiations and other communications between the parties in relation to the Instrument Services. The Customer’s information will be kept confidential by Artisan Horns – please see our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect and use Customer data.
